• Prior to application of condenser coatings reclamation of pitting, cavities over tube and sheet interface is done. Condenser coatings protect against Bi-Metallic / Galvanic corrosion of tube sheets which are exposed / immersed continuously in seawater, effluent, brackish water along with wet temperatures up to 135 °C. Condenser coatings are designed with desired engineered strengths to resist the operational conditions of condensers without getting cracked or de-laminated from surface which is seen with conventional brushable ceramic liquids.
  • ProCoat condenser coatings are based on pure Novolac polymer systems and capable to offer barrier protection to tube sheets from Bi-Metallic / Galvanic corrosion by eliminating physical and electrical contact of handling medium. Also, condenser coatings can handle different co-efficient of expansion of different materials of construction.
